Ingredients (for one toastie)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 slices white bread
1-2 tsp Wild Fennel Co. pig seasoning
Butter, soft for spreading
Spread butter right to the edges of one side of both slices of bread. Sprinkle both sides with half of the pig seasoning. Grate your cheese, pile on one slice of bread (the unbuttered side), and sprinkle with the remaining pig seasoning. Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Heat a non-stick skillet on a medium heat. Place your sandwich in the skillet, and cover. Cook for two minutes, then check to see if golden brown and flip over, pressing down gently with a spatula. Cook for another two minutes. Remove from skillet, slice in half and serve.
